Default B737's

Does anyone know which base the 737 time will be flown out of ? Are the deliveries still on schedule?

Supposedly Sanford and St Petersburg. Not on schedule last I heard, (at least no bids out yet for them)

Delayed until q3 2024 is the latest rumor I heard.

you got the year wrong. 2023, we will only get one plane in 2023 but start taking two a month in Jan 24

Latest word is the first 737 vacancies will be on the Oct. vacancy bid….from that point on you can probably count on a significant portion of new-hire slots being 737.

There will clearly not be revenue 737 flying in q3 2023. It's q3 2023 now and the program hasn't even been approved. The max 7, which constitutes more than half our orders, isn't even certified.

Revenue 737 flying is delayed until mid year 2024, that's what I heard. And I heard that from a source that I think is pretty good.

The good news is if you were worried about getting assigned the 737 as a new hire and don't want it, you have a little time before you need to worry about that.

The latest official word was on August 4th when vacancy bids opened. It said "we now anticipate the first set of SFB B737 vacancies opening as early as the September 2023 vacancy bid". Do you know something different?

the vacancy will still open next month or October. Revenue flying will be mid year 24, but you have to have pilots in class starting training before revenue flying starts (nov-dec class date). proving runs can’t all be flown with initial cadre either. We are taking 2 planes a month starting in 2024, and all the 700s have been swapped for 800s at the 700 price

For clarification you are saying all MAX7 have been switched to MAX8-200? I know there was that option but you are saying that has actually happened? We are not taking any 700s or 800s so I’m skeptical on what you are saying.

we will take delivery of 800s until the order is complete, we will take 700s if it get certified, if they doesn’t get certified we will take all 800s. Also not running the 800 in a 200 seat config anymore either. Most likely to exercise our second 50
option and take the bulk of those as 700s if it’s not certified in time
