Did you attend a meet and greet, what is your background and flight times? Thanks and good luck with your interview!

What’s is competitive experience on this time around? The personality assessment was terrible to take. 5k total, 3k multi turbine part 121, (kinda short on the turbine PIC but Allegiant doesn’t list T-PIC as preferred), college degree...and got the thanks try again in 6 months email. Either way, I’m still going to attend a meet-and-great next week.

All the hiring, interview, new-hire, and base questions are scattered all over the place. Let's clean it up a bit and use this thread for those questions.
Good news for those interested in Allegiant. This just in from Flight Ops:
This week, we have even better news to report. The growth plan has already changed and we will need to hire more Pilots than originally anticipated. While the final numbers are still being evaluated for approval, we are excited to announce that recruiting sessions have already started...
... - We are projecting to hire 100+ new Pilots for the flying increase in March 2020.
- Active recruiting sessions have already started.
- The first new hire class will begin in August of 2019.
- We are anticipating 30+ upgrade opportunities with associated class start dates in the fall of this year. (This does not include the approximate 11 upgrades already scheduled to begin training in August.) As vacancies become finalized, they will be communicated to you in accordance with the CBA.
- We expect additional permanent domiciles to open in 2020, and should have more information to share in July.
Good luck everyone!

Video Interview
They put out a memo yesterday that our minimums are now 1500TT, 1000 turbine, 250 PIC in an airplane, and 50 multi. Apparently they have already had to lower the standards after filling the first 2 classes. Oops. Have fun with those 1500/50 FOs captains. Why go to Mesa when you can just come here? Ha.

Took me just over a week to hear back (8-9 days). Send though that as time goes on they are taking longer and longer to respond back..I imagine because they are ready to move to October classes so not as big a rush
