It's one of the most senior bases, there are currently 4 LAS FO's that are still waiting for IWA and they've been on property almost 2 years. Movement should hopefully increase now that hiring is starting up again but I'd still plan worst case being a few years to get in.

Based on the awards published today, the following vacancies went unfilled with the number of vacancies in each: FLL 4, GRR 18, LAS 3, PGD 3, PIE 6, SAV 8, SFB 6, and TYS 3.
There is no requirement that all of those spots be offered to new hires, but nothing can be offered that is not on that list.

Sooo.. Hypothetically, once a base is filled with its required folks, (senior to you) there will be no opportunity to move to said base until some one leaves? Also, seems as though folks that have been Allegiant for more than four years, and are in base they like, ain’t going anywhere. And, what if you’re the junior guy at a base and Mr senior stuff decides to move to your base - are you then displaced and forced to move to a new base?
