Interview should be pleasant and smooth. Just don’t say you are using Allegiant as a tool to get on with FDX in front of the chief or the CEO. And also make sure your logbooks are updated! Best of luck

How is IWA on the FO side? Senior or junior?

It's one of the most senior bases, there are currently 4 LAS FO's that are still waiting for IWA and they've been on property almost 2 years. Movement should hopefully increase now that hiring is starting up again but I'd still plan worst case being a few years to get in.

Based on the awards published today, the following vacancies went unfilled with the number of vacancies in each: FLL 4, GRR 18, LAS 3, PGD 3, PIE 6, SAV 8, SFB 6, and TYS 3.

There is no requirement that all of those spots be offered to new hires, but nothing can be offered that is not on that list.

Anyone know if CVG, IND, or PIT would be easy to get after training? Or are they pretty senior bases? How often do base awards come out? Thanks!

Pit and Ind won’t take long at all. A few months depending on growth. Cvg might take closer to 6 months to a year. But like anything that can change very quickly

Sooo.. Hypothetically, once a base is filled with its required folks, (senior to you) there will be no opportunity to move to said base until some one leaves? Also, seems as though folks that have been Allegiant for more than four years, and are in base they like, ain’t going anywhere. And, what if you’re the junior guy at a base and Mr senior stuff decides to move to your base - are you then displaced and forced to move to a new base?
