That's kind of impossible to say since its a moving target. The more senior bases like IWA it could be 3 years. Junior bases, it could be a few months for those who choose to stay. Generally speaking, line holders are about 50% of the bid, then 25% composite and 25% reserve. There's really no standard though. It varies base to base and month to month. A good rule of thumb is if you're above 75% from the top in your base, you probably won't get pure reserve.

I used to take a weekly look here as an observer as a part of my industry awareness. I happened by today as I was cleaning up a few things. I did my "SmartPref" search and saw your post. Well written. This made me feel I had to clarify at least Crewing Solutions' situation.

We didn't go Bankrupt, if that is what someone at the company told you. That is not why the implementation ended.

I posted a statement of sorts here.
