Uniform question

Sorry for the lame question, but what's the policy for uniform sweaters? A Cut Above just came out with a zip up sweater. I still have a couple months before I start, so if it's ok to wear there, I was going to purchase one so I can wear it at my current job between now and then.

Or maybe Allegiant has a different jacket option that would be better than a sweater? My current company only has the blazer and a trench coat.

We are in the process of changing vendors right now, so we don’t know for sure what all the options will be going forward. I can tell you that a zip up sweater was an approved option through our old vendor. It was navy though, not black. Not sure if A Cut Above offers anything other than black. Also had a lightweight jacket available through the previous vendor that was somewhat similar to a North Face jacket, just nowhere near the quality level of a North Face product.

Great, thanks. If it's navy, then it wouldn't work as I'd have to buy black to use with the current company. I'll just wait. Thanks again.

After the new hire class this Monday, Jan is the next one. There will only be upgrade classes in between. To answer your question, usually yes but typically only seen mil guys do that.
