Default Pay

I’ve seen guys say typical first year is 50-60k. Can anyone give me insight on what a 2,3,4 etc year FO expect to make. Captain?
About how many credit hours are guys usually getting a month/year
Thanks

I'm an fo on 4-year pay ($115/hr). I average 80-90hrs/month. I will make around $135k this year.

I did about this averaging a little more in the hours department on third year FO pay.
Upgraded, this year was 4th and 5th year CA pay; on track to do $240k.

I should qualify this by saying that I hustle. Despite that, however, my QOL is far better than my former regional, which had trips very similar to those of a mainline narrowbody.

People will tell you that things are slowing here and that they don’t know why, despite management telling us several times: Our growth is dictated by our ability to source aircraft at a price acceptable to our management. If we can’t find cheap used aircraft, our growth will slow. If we can, our growth will explode.

My point in saying this is that your mileage will vary.

Mix of 2nd and 3rd year FO, hustling in June, July and August, sitting reserve the rest of the year, picking up two or three extra days here and there (in base, too lazy to commute). 128k

When you say senior enough to get 200%. How are they picked up? Is it
Seniority based or you just have more time off because seniority

Doing about 155K on 3rd/4th yr pay. Senior in base line holder, pick up mostly reserves on days off down to 10 days off a month.

Is it easy to pick up reserve on day off? What’s credit if they don’t call

It’s easy if you get a line. Line holders get more days off generally so you have more days off to squeeze stuff in. You can pick up trips or RAPs (reserves). Anything you get on day off is paid above guarantee. Reserve pays 3.75 hrs and if you get called you get the better of the trip you got assigned or 3.75.

Interesting pay details. Thanks everyone for sharing. Curious what bases you all are in. I'll be SFB next month and don't mind working more to pay off loans. Looking for some insight into this base in particular. Appreciate everyone's input.
