CVG base?
 
How long will it take for a new hire to hold CVG? - is it more Jr or Senior?
Is there a lot of movement in the CVG base?
How many crews are CVG based?

Most junior FO in CVG is a 9/19 hire.
That FO is #27 in the base.
The bottom few spots in every base except BLI and IWA seem to have a lot of churn.
