Also if you’re junior and do get VBD remember that you could end up in the places that no one else wants. I dont think you’ll get the Myrtle Beach type places right away. It will be more like the Des Moines type places at first.

A third of the FO list is from 17100 to 17500. So I’d say it’s fairly junior. Wasn’t the case when I got here 4 years ago.
