G4 management has enjoyed millions of dollars’ worth of contract violations over the last three years. How many grievances are filed and won to date. We were already a bargain, still no PBS as was contractually required three years ago. Go drudge that swamp for your lost money. Full pay till the last day.

In reality, it is 76% of regular flying from last year (you know, when pilots were banking 85-100+ hours most months). It is plenty of money to support payroll now that most of the pilots are on min guarantee, lower hours for FAs, tons of HQ workers taking pay cuts or time off, plus the Vol Leave and ETO for FAs and Pilots. They will have money left over from what they received from Rich Uncle Sam. This is a BS fear tactic. One that I hear plenty of FAs and a few pilots are already falling for.

My prediction this will be a bad week for labor mitigation strategies. Whatever changes management has in store would be greatly aided, i.e. making the pilots pay for them. Not going to happen. Lying traciTool is pulling out all the stops. Anything less than 30% participation by the pilots is a clear FU.
