Default 45 hour ETO credit

In regards to the ETO agreement, I just want to give a slow clap out to the Teamsters. When everyone else is agreeing to 50 hour credits, we negotiated 45. I mean, its not like the US Government didn’t pass a stimulus bill to cover wages for airlines thru September.......oh wait. Putting that assessment money to good use.

Way to go team....hopefully this isn’t a preview of their “negotiating” skills for next contract.

You won't. The US Government guarantees your pay till September 30 but this agreement lasts until August 31.

Most airlines also have a higher guarantee. If you take our min PCH and their min guarantee, I think you will find both are at 2/3.... If it doesn’t work for you, don’t take it and enjoy working a normal schedule.

You know, its Ok to support your airline but admit this was a mistake for your fellow pilots.

We make less so we should take less? Not a good stance to take. Think we are worth more then that.

Were worth the same percentage... The company says 1/2, the union says 3/4, they settle on 2/3...

By your logic, we should get the month off at 70 hours, because our pay rates are lower. Oh wait, you can probably do that and just not take the leave.
