This was your quote on this thread. Even if construction was being paid would not make it a CARES ACT violation. The company does have money other then what they got from the FEDS. I stick by my statement that trying to get lobbyists to go after our company is the DUMBEST thing we could do right now. How about we all be professionals and not say for a “Fact” something that may or may not be true about the company. Stating speculation as fact is unprofessional,
just because management isn’t being professional is no excuse for anyone in the pilot group not to be, Especially on a public forum.

Even if they are still spending money in Florida, you couldn't prove it's a CARES Act violation. Just like you can't prove you got fired for posting foolish things on this forum. They will just say it was other monies the CARES funding freed up going to the construction, and you were fired for other malfeasance.

Really, all that can hold them accountable on this or anything else is the investors. The upcoming investor call should be very interesting.

Wasn't Sunseeker PGD a joint venture with some hedge fund? It's fairly like that partner has the $$ and the desire to keep things rolling. Occupancy rates in Florida are still quite high, especially by the beach. Doesn't mean allegiant is laying out the money for it right now.
