Just logged into myIDTravel through our pilot website, seems to work okay there.

that’s a “different” my id travel than the generic jumpseat login one. The jumpseat website has been problematic for a long time, and neither the company nor the union seem interested in fixing it. Find the crew working the flight for help if the gate agent does not know how to list you. You may also have better luck listing at the ticket counter if able.

thank you!! I’ve had problems listing for G4 Jumpseat for the last couple years because of the “backend server” error. Had some time to kill today and tried the +01, 01, +01 xxx xxx xxx, combinations. Finally tried just the 1 then phone # without spaces and actually had it complete. I’ve contacted my Jumpseat rep about once a year about this and they always come back with “known problem”.
