But the union "promises to bring you the best agreement that we believe is available to the pilot group in the current environment" so we have that going for us, which is nice.

The information is readily available & no one should be surprised or have to see the document other than to pass it on to the head-in-the-sand crowd who are content to die on hill home-every-night….

Agreed but it’s shocking how many are surprised by it. Especially some of the junior CA’s here picking up to single days off while still making less than a mid level WN FO with 18 days off/month and only in the hotel for 2 nights a week.

Allegiant pilots live in a bubble, the more senior they are the more isolated they become. They think they're going well and have no idea what the industry norms are.
Even D+10 brags he made 300K. That guy picks up VFNs down to 8-10 days off a month. Nobody hustles more. SWA captains are blowing him away. Topped out legacy FOs can come close. FDX/UPS pilots make that without even trying.
