1st Year and training

Hi folks

Curious to know how much is pay during training and 1st / 2nd Year FO pay ?
Will Allegiant have 737 this year ? Any chance new joiner to join Boeing fleet ?
Any input or SWA or Allegiant ?
Appreciate

About $57 and $103. Min guarantee of 70 hours x $57 during training with very likely no per diem. No 737 in service this year, but they will begin training on it later this year so possible you'd get assigned to it with bases being SFB and later PIE, meaning you would not be able to freely bid to other bases. Also just as likely you get assigned a 320 slot/base and can't bid into SFB or PIE.

SWA has vastly superior CBA and is ahead of us in negotiations.

We lost a lot of FO's to SWA that had been here up to 8 years and a few CA above that. Tells you all you need to know.

Before the 737 program started I would have said a geographically flexible person could have an ok career at allegiant.

now no one knows. Very unpredictable.

If you can goto southwest I wouldn’t consider G4.

If you can go to SWA, you can go to any airline...

Having sat in SW Jumpseat’s for over 15 years, I would never trade my schedule for theirs.

I agree.
The conversation was about G4 vs SWA. Between those two I would pick SWA.
