I'll say this about reserve in LAS...they are often willing to release you early, so yes it's possible to go home someplace close like PHX for the night, especially if you get the 12p-12a shift.
Also some months you may get more than 10 days off on reserve....depending on a number of factors at times some reserves may end up with more like 15 days off or so.

So I understand the Pay Scale posted on APC is tier 3 of 4. Does anyone know where we can see the other tiers? Or know the percentage roughly that it can go up or down? (thanks so much for all the information thus far guys)

And with no CBA, there's nothing to stop the company from changing your pay scale at their whim. Oh the joys of the non-Union shop.

Great thread.
Just finished my application today, got the standard email reply... hoping to hear something more later. Didn't realize you had to write an essay!! But I think that might be the only thing that gets me an interview! Haha. With all the aircraft they are getting, looks like they might be hiring quite a bit, and hopefully it won't all be internal recs....

Yeah, nothing like a tiered pay scale thats coupled to company profitability performance. And, its amazing how no one from Allegiant is honest enough to provide the info to APC so they can publish it.
