That's a good point, if they buy those now, they have given up on outsourcing to the regionals. I don't think management will ever give that up.

How long for a new-hire to hold CLT 330 or any east of the Mississippi 767 or 777?

CLT 330 = never happening
767 is pretty quick but going away shortly and will be displacing
777 about five years give or take

Wrong, we need to raise the rates no matter what in the next contract. By the way, we already do have group 1 planes, so there’s that. Group 1 CA should pay more than group 4 FO. Group 1 FO should be within $10 to $15 of group 2 FO. I’m a No vote without this (among other items).
