What's competitive for a civilian person?
Sitting at 6k tt, 2500tpic, experience in 3 continents, two types, current 737 pic, 3 internal LORs, volunteer work. No degree. Live in Miami.

They ask for transcripts. I would advise getting a degree. Otherwise looks great to me.

As a civilian with no degree your odds are just above zero unfortunately.
