E190’s had 11? Maybe withheld 190 FO’s are getting released which means that the 190 might become the best short term play just like it was 1-2 years ago?

A bunch of FO's were released in NOV & DEC. I think almost 35 were. Plus a bunch of Captains are leaving the plane also. I think another Captain was awarded 190 and hasn't been here a year.

What's a good flight time number to shoot for before I may get a look. All military time now. No 121

Wait?? It’s $400,000+ a year at the end. Get a 121 job and improve your odds.

DL’s mil/civ new hires averaged 5000 TT/3000 PIC back in 2014/2015.

AA’s overall TT amongst new hires appears to be lower than DL’s. Data’s is occasionally available but in a different format so exact comparisons get tough.

I’d shoot for 3000 TT/1000 PIC as perhaps an ‘in the zone’ target. That’s 1.5 yrs away if you hustle. Below the zone happens. IP would be a big plus if it’s available.
