7+ years to get to a major? Out of a 40-year career? Cry me a river. Don't say stuff like that when (if) you get to that major. Lots of guys there now who ground it out a whole lot longer than 7 years.

How long do you see people needing to stay at a regional before having sufficient experience to be competitive at a Major outside the flow?

PHL seems to go very senior, always 320 also followed by 737 than 190.
