Non-rev flying without a badge?

Is there a chance I can get on an American flight with my passport only? We are in CASS and have reciprocal agreements. I understand the cockpit is out of question. But would I be able to ride in the cabin with just the passport on me?

Thanks

B.

How would the agent verify you in CASS?

Wouldn't the passport be enough to get verified?

Technically even though you are occupying a seat in the back your id certificate and medical are all required. I would not even try it without my id.

Won't quote it here but essentially our Fight Manual states that you must have company id airman and medical certificates and that even if sitting in the cabin you are required to meet the requirements of the section and if you don't it MUST be reported to the duty director. So again I would not even try it.

If you can purchase a ZED then you can use only your passport.
