The company should pay for your hotels until you're done with IOE even if you are LGA based, or am I missing something here? Maybe we lost that with the JCBA...

Ok, we probably lost that, at LUS they paid for your hotels through IOE even if you were based there, they continued to pay for them after IOE until you got your 5 "moving days off". I can't find anything about it in the JCBA. Have you talked to the training department hotel folks? They've always been pretty good to me.

Worst case scenario on the day of call scheduling and see if they have any unused hotel rooms in LGA they can give you.

I talked to a guy who's based there that says he does that all the time.
