If were talking about awards for Jan or even Feb, I have no problem with the delays.
We need to be bidding at least 2 months down the road at a minimum, not simply the next month.

This program needs more than a tweak. It should work properly 12 months a year.
I was mis-awarded in October. When I pointed the error out, I was given something worse. PBS here is a joke.

There needs to be a bigger human input to go back in and fix it and realize that that is not right. The fact that the VERY BOTTOM guy gets off the 24th and 25th off proves what a flawed system it is.
