Can anyone who has interviewed in the past few months shed some light on the process/questions asked during the face to face portions? Has it changed much or did you find the older blogs pretty accurate? Thanks in advance!

The only thing I can figure out is that you might have been in some isolated cushy corporate job for years and only recently thought of the airlines. Military guy, even retiring O6 type would only take 5 minutes to get ahold of several new hires. Regional guy? A little uninformed if you are.

I personally would go with a 70% chance you're a non-pilot possibly trolling for info for those in the hiring process. I could be wrong of course.

Assuming you are serious, and it is hard to believe that you are, and for the benefit of other readers...

Do the prep.
Do the interview.
Do your best, every thing that matters in your career depends on it.

It does.

If you get hired, take the job.
Do your best in training.
Do your best on the job.

If for whatever reason your own assessment and judgement is that you are better off at another airline or some other job, repeat the above process.

Yes, it actually is exactly that simple.

No hand-wringing required.

Brah, I think I can help here.

What your Envoy (Eagle) friend is referring to is that Eagle has seniority rights so they get to jump ahead of those on property now. When the furloughs hit, the off street and WO new hires are gonna get bumped out when the Eagle guys hit the mainline. That's what I heard from my Eagle bros.

Please tell me your just trolling right now and having a little fun with this, because if your not your bro’s are in for a rude awakening when they get on property.
