I had V1 and sent it back. I thought it was horrible and let Bose know that. It sounds like they actually listened to the concerns.
What about the ear tap feature for the “pass through” sound. Has that been addressed? The cord was a huge problem as it did make the whole headset move it was so stiff.

Version 1 was a huge piece of excrement. Hated it for multiple reasons. And I'm wondering why they wouldn't make a wrap around design, like the Clarity Aloft, when dealing with just a mic and ear buds. Otherwise it's still a gimmicky headset. I'm interested to hear about the improvements on the 2nd Gen version of this product.

I tried the v2 and found it to be comfortable. I found the cord to be stable. There's a bit of a curve in putting it on quickly. The BT is a very nice feature. What I did not like is the case, which is a little bit too small. The main reason I returned it, however, is the NR is inadequate on the 737. I found the high freq wind noise reduction to be simply inadequate for $1000+, even at cruise in the upper 30s.
I switched to Clarity Aloft Pro and absolutely love it. I miss the BT, but that's it. $250 cheaper
