I’m not an AA guy... curious how you get the discount... is this exclusive to AA? Tumi is great stuff but very expensive!

I have had a BrightLine bag for my GA flying for 5+ years. I like it a lot ... for GA flying. It's not set up well for my 121 flying: fewer, larger items. I have a Lugageworks Aurora Deluxe Tote that I bought a few years ago that works perfectly for 121. Fits underneath seat in front on deadheads, sits beside the seat OK while I'm flying.

ContrailBags.com

Smallest one holds everything I need, sits on top of the small rollaboard, goes down the aisle without banging everything in sight, and holds up well even with my ham-handedness.

BriteLine gots too much moving pieces.

Tumi discount is on JetNet. Delta has the same discount I think.

Holds my laptop, iPad, DC Pro-X headset, giant QRH and more.
This, especially if you're carrying a personal laptop, surface, etc. I've got two of varying sizes that I swap out depending on what hardware I need to carry.

I pretty much agree. I used my BriteLine in the reserves and loved it. It just was awkward for AA uses. I love the pockets, but the setup wasn’t conducive to QRH’s, my own quick reference book (APA flowcharts, misc crap), yellow vest and my iPad.

I fly mostly turns and it also got a bit heavy to carry around, especially if I carried even the minimalist overnight kit. I went to a L Luggage Works Aurora Rolling Overnighter. It’s not perfect, but can fit next to the AB seat and I can get stuff easier - but I do miss SOME of BriteLine’s 10,000 pockets!

I wish BriteLine would make an overnight roller with vertical access to larger areas with a space for QRH and an iPad sleeve with the front pocket zippers/sunglasses holder.
