Default DCA

Just curious (I’m not to this point yet). What’s typical time to get DCA based and typical time to hold a line there? Also what aircraft are available at that location?

DCA is 737/D only and can be obtained within a few months. UDC is 320/I only and can be obtained within a year or so.

An April '18 hire was just awarded DCA. The junior line holder is a Aug '17 hire.

Junior UDC FO is a May '17 hire with the junior UDC line holder is a Aug '16 hire.

Thanks for the info on DCA. Forgive my ignorance, what does UDC stand for?

UDC is the identifier given to the legacy US Airways DCA base. I'm sure once the flight attendants are fully integrated it will be combined with DCA

Good odds that PHL will eventually get 787’s. At some point all the 767’s will be made into beer cans.
