Ive seen:

Why would you be a good fit?
Also is each response 3 minutes (9 minutes total) or is it 3 minutes for the total response (1 minute per response)?

Hello, I just received an invite for a Pilot Skills Test. Anyone know what it is? Is this a part of the hiring process? I did not receive a video interview invite. I thought they always do video interview first. Have they changed the process?
