I don't believe the company keeps track of your time before you were hired. That one might be on you...

They actually do input your total time into DECS, but our access level doesn’t permit viewing....walk into a flight office and ask any admin assistant to enter *7/your employee number into DECS and have them print the results.....that will be an accurate total of what they put in when you were hired and every minute youve flown at AA
