Could anyone list here the most junior pilot TODAY for CA & FO in their bases? Regardless of equipment.

Example: DFW - APR/95 & JUN/15

ORD - __/__ & __/__
BOS - __/__ & __/__
LAX - __/__ & __/__
DCA - __/__ & __/__
DFW - __/__ & __/__
LGA - __/__ & __/__
MIA - __/__ & __/__
PHL - __/__ & __/__
CLT - __/__ & __/__
PHX - __/__ & __/__

Thank you!

DOH isn't a very good reflection of seniority for each base/seat because of the mergers. A 2001 hire could be junior to a 2013 hire. I'll give you what I have on hand in seniority numbers. There are about 14500 active pilots on the seniority list. These numbers are from the March bid.

DFW CA 9715 (there are junior guys on the MD80 but they are protected positions)
PHX CA 7691
LAX CA 11213
ORD CA 9671
CLT CA 9541
PHL CA 10110 (A-320 CA. E-190CA can be had as soon as you're off probation)
LGA CA 11446
MIA CA 11060
DCA CA 9096

Newhires can get LAX, MIA, LGA. the rest of the bases can be had within a year. CLT might be longer.

What are the stipulations of being "junior assigned". Are there seat locks associated with it? I assume one could be junior assigned and then withheld?

The stipulations are the pilot to be junior assigned will be the most junior pilot, in that base, off probation. They must also meet PIC requirements (1000 121 or 500 MIL crew airplane). So Junior PHL FO off probation that meets PIC requirements. There won't be a seatlock if the pilot is displaced into that position. They will hold an entitlement to whatever position they are moved out of. They could very well be awarded a different position on the next bid BUT the company can withhold them for a year.
