Thanks for stating that - it’s obvious to most of us in the Guard/Reserve but maybe not to others. At our squadron there’s no AD components, and the only full timers are ARTs. There’s a lot of opportunity for work - alert/flying/OPRs/etc that needs doing. It’s never ending. Taking MIL LV isn’t ‘getting out of anything’ it’s simply serving the other master.
