BOS Commuting / Parking

18 ish months until I flow, thinking of biting the bullet and moving to the BOS area as I've got family up there. A BOS to DCA commute looks stupid easy, but perhaps there's something I'm missing? What about BOS-PHL?

Also, can't seem to find any info on BOS employee parking. If anyone has the hook up, I'd appreciate it.

Bos-Phl was a rough commute a few years ago, not sure if it's gotten better or not.

Yeah, seems like you'd get more G4 guys on that, vs a commute between two bases with the same equipment. Should've thought about that......

I’ve been doing a ton of flying out of BOS for years now. All things considered your best bet is LGA. Tons of flights on us, delta and Jb. Plus the added seniority benefit.

I second the LGA idea. I fly with a lot of 737 Captains that live up in the Boston/New Hampshire area and although they’re senior enough to hold BOS, elect to commute to LGA because of the seniority benefits. There’s a ton of great flying to be had out of the LGA base once you’re senior enough to hold it.

I read on CnR we are closing NYC and pulling out

I hope we’re still in business in 18 months.
