Yeah but to be fair the east deserved it, when they didn't like the results of the decision (with the guys they picked and had a history of similar rulings) they went postal.

The next phase in bringing the APA into the modern era is to vote in local elections and get rid of the old school BOD members. In the APA the president really doesn't have much power, it's the BOD the drives most of the decision making.

Absolutely agree as far as USAPA, when the judge tells you to do something you ought to do it.

Any BOD guy/girl who endorsed DC needs to go. The guy is a crook, and you don't have to break a law/bylaw to be a crook.

DC was hired at 24(?) on the B scale, upgraded in a few years, and was a 777 CA at 39.

He is so far out of touch with the reality the rest of the airline lives he just was not suitable as a leader.

The entire structure of the APA needs a refresh, but Ferguson alone cannot do it. We need newer BOD's from outside the AA group to get it done.

Still a union buster. Doesn’t matter. You guys got nothing.

Exactly. Union busting was the cornerstone of USAPA. That and not complying with an arbitration.

Yet we have former usapa principals endorsing Ferguson. Seems like a few former east pilots here need to face the new reality. We need leadership and Eric is a proven leader.

Soon to be a large pilot group sue these former APA leaders for damages. Its will send the message to the rest. It will cost them a fortune to defend and APA legal will give min support. Payback.

Thank God you got over it.

Time to unbury the dead. Now which dead thread would you like me to resurrect?

I was thinking about "Mixed Metal Fusion". Remember that one?
