js priority for DL mainline flights is the list i posted above. when i list on an OO operated DL flight it puts me as an S3 (D2) vs on an offline flight I am an S3C (AAC). i was under the impression that DL mainline listing in the cabin of a regional flight was below S3 (maybe S3A). Not too sure on non rev, the only reason i brought it up is because another poster said that republic getting priority in cabin of own metal was not normal at other airlines ;but in my experience, it is

If they don't get priority on their other partners, then what they are asking for is an unreasonable request and is outside of industry norms.
AA has never had priority on Republic despite what that misinformed memo has stated. I went round and round with our jumpseat committee about this several years ago. It has always been first to check in at the gate.
However they are trying to process the list out of order and take all D6 listed first, and only then D1/D2, regardless of check in time. Since we can't list as a D6, that makes us last, which is worse than when you list on our flights.
It seems this change was not well thought out on their part.

You (AA) absolutely do get priority on any AA flight, whether it was mainline, a wholly owned or any of the non-wholly owned Eagle Carriers.
Do you even know what listings make up the chart because D6 is the LAST code for flight deck access. We have been listing LAST this entire time!
Someone said about the validity of this message being Union vs Company...
This was just a union blast to inform us about the official change to our FOM which will reflect this priority. As I said... you have always been given a priority over OAL’s whether you wanna believe it or not.

Good luck with getting AA gate agents to do anything you say. The whole thing is stupid. It isnt republics fault but AA is paying for that flight and thus should get priority over OAL JSers. But hey, lets not let common sense enter into the equation and put the Delta guy in the JS on an American Eagle flight that American is paying for. Umm

Well again AA pilots have never gone ahead an OAL listed on a Republic flight. So this doesn't change anything. Second, the "change" (not really a change) still ranks by time of check in. Great. So AA guy will check in 24 hours prior and a Spirit guy will check in 30 mins prior. AA guy gets the jumpseat.
On a Republic operated United flight, a United guy checks in with his standby listing code 24 hours prior (or whenever) and an AA guy checks in 30 mins prior. United guy gets the jumpseat.
Now what the second part of this memo wants to do is change check in time priority and put all OAL folks in front of the AA folks who checked in well ahead of them. Yet it's AA who isn't being "fair". Gotcha.

We do get priority on UA and Delta. We also got Priority on USAirways before the merger as well. The only place we never have been treated equally is AA.

As I wrote earlier I went on a mission within our own union to try and get this changed but the reason from management was that the contract they signed with Republic doesn't allow for priority on our own branded flights.

If y’all wanna open up checkin to us at 24hrs... then we will gladly reciprocate.
