It would be much more expensive to operate if the were, so why would they. Does that answer your question?

As already pointed out earlier in the thread, there is no issue. Republic would not be put ahead of AA or WO. They would be equal with other Regionals that have AA as part of their flying. But all those Regionals that fly for AA as part of their operation would be ahead of OAL.

Not sure why the big resistance to this. There would be zero change in priority for AA or WO on their aircraft and would make the agreement finally reciprocal. Delta and United do this, why not AA?

And no, not jealous at all. My QOL here is higher than it could ever possibly be at RAH. I live in base.
