Vasu went from SVP of Network Planning to SVP of Network Strategy. Don went from SVP of Revenue Management to SVP of Revenue. Kurt went from SVP of Loyalty, Marketing, and Sales to SVP of Customer Experience. If you guys (and gals) can’t see how this will revolutionize and completely fix AAL, I just don’t know how to help you
