So here’s what I find hilarious.
People foaming at the mouth for Parker to be fired. Actually thinking that the BOD will bring someone on who cares about employees and will change the culture of the company. Unreal the stupidity
I loved how Kirby immediately came up...and don’t forget Isom too. Both of whom are just employee loving guys.......ha.

The rot at this company is about 4 layers deep. Fire the top 4 people in every single department and we may have hope of being a great airline once again. Most of the management only see AA as the piggy bank.

I hope AA does get themselves figured out. Lots of potential and history of being the “Businessman’s Airline”. Hope they can get back to it.
That being said, don’t think y’all are that far off. UAL seems to have gotten it figured out, AA reminds me a lot of UAL before Oscar/Kirby. Definitely time for a change.

Most would tolerate a ruthless (with employees) CEO if he/she were killing it with the financials, but Parker sometimes seems to come up short in both venues.
