Second NRH. I lived there six years with small kids. Water park is there in the summer. Check out the Davis Blvd area towards Southlake.

I work at Envoy, but own in Lakewood. Really good elementary school, but meh High School.

My wife and I love the area. Great restaurants, grocers, brewerys, wineries, all within walking distance. Plus, White Rock Lake is less than a mile away, which has a 9.3 mile paved trail that circumferences the lake.

It is a 25 minute drive to the employee lot without traffic, but 50 with.

Our house is new construction, but surrounded by beautiful and restored craftsman style bungalows.

I live in Southlake and love it. Schools are excellent and have top notch sports programs. Lots of shopping and restaurants with a really cool town square. 10-15 mins to DFW.

Property taxes? Those HS football stadiums don’t pay for themselves...

We are in Frisco. Sports town. More than 30 parks around town. Kids splash parks. Dog park. Handful of hike/bike trails. Multiple master planned communities that are great for families. Schools are excellent. 30-35 minute drive to airport depending on where you live in town. Lots of other towns near us that are great for families. McKinney, Allen and Prosper should be looked at too.

I’m a Rockwall guy..about 50 minutes non traffic, 1:25 with. Three routes to get to the airport if one is blocked. Personally, I enjoy leaving the airport area on days off and being no where near it until sign in the next trip. There is a lake out here, a few parks for kids, dog parks, multiple churches and plenty of food options. Housing and taxes are still within reason. Most can find a 2500 sq/ft <5 year old home for the high 200’s. Schools are rated in the 7-9’s range also. Good luck!
