Many areas north of Dallas. I live in Frisco. Fantastic community, schools, and neighbors. Jump on 121 (Sam Rayburn) toll road and you are going into DFW in short order (unless you are in the middle of rush hour). They are adding more lanes.

You're not legally allowed to move to Flower Mound until you have your fourth stripe. Can't be abrogating seniority now, can we.

North Richland Hills and Keller area are great. Good schools, plenty of parks and directly west of DFW so you can drive to the south or north employee lots in 20-30 mins. They’re even close enough to take backroads if the highways are a mess. Also, close enough to grapevine, ft. Worth and Dallas.

Dallas
I’d recommend Mansfield. 30mins south of the airport, great schools, very safe with lots of parks and trails. I live on a golf course and cheaper than Flower Mound. Not as many restaurants and bars as the Mound or Frisco but still a nice area
