Default Friendly reminder - Don’t float vacation

Check the vacation guide on union page for bidding help if needed.

Bank it if you choose to not use it - please don’t float.

One person’s opinion.....

From what I understand you can only bank 6 days or less. So if you have, say, 31 total then float 4 days and bank 6 in the last round.

I heard that floating up to 4 days does not reduce the vacation weeks available in the next 3 rounds.

Interesting, wasn’t aware that only floating 4 wouldn’t reduce weeks available. thanks for the info!

Where is this written? Hearing rumors may not be facts. I am not saying you are wrong, but I have not seen that written anywhere.

I’ve been looking as well and can’t find it. But looking at last years award 99.9% of people who banked have 6 or less days. Saw a few with more but they might be out on some type of leave.
