10% of 2.5 billion, and 20% of a remaining 1.5 billion (if American were to make $4B in a year) would equate to $35k+ per pilot, counting on 15K pilots. Am I off on the math?

If I'm not mistaken, that math generates the amount that gets put INTO the profit sharing pool, which would be shared among all eligible employees... I'm expecting the same equation in management's offers to other employee groups.
