Interview sent to review committee

Hi I thought f2f went really well but was told that I was being sent to review committee Is that a no?

No. It means it was sent to the review committee.

well, that answer isn't going to help any. I don't speak with any authority at all, but I have heard of it happening to people I know who interviewed, and the few I know were hired. I guess they might have a couple things they want to look at a bit more or discuss. And I would say you are a civilian type, as the military people are such a hot commodity that they get the word instantly, so don't feel bad.
The people I know had their pilot friends write a quick e mail to Chip Long or Kimball Stone, reiterating that the person was a good candidate. Either way, they were hired. I think a quick e mail to those same people from you, thanking them for the opportunity to interview, as well as your strong desire to work at AA wouldn't hurt.
Good luck, and hope you get it. Let us know.
As an aside, who told you that you were going to the review?

I’m in the same predicament. They didn’t tell me flat out that it was going to the review board but HR mentioned that I could take 2-6 weeks to get everyone together to meet before I hear something back. Hopefully it’s sooner than that and I get the thumbs up but i’m keeping my head up.

Did you tell them whether you have interviews or offers anywhere else, and where?

What's your general background?

E mail them and say thanks for the opportunity, and express your positive experience getting a look ar AA, meeting their HR team, and interview pilots. Finish with your expression that AA is really the airline you want to work for.
Good luck!
