Default Commuting from the Bay Area to LAX

If one was a new hire at American, based in LAX, is it difficult to commute from the Bay Area? Also, how about Sacramento? Thanks!

There are about 20 flights a day between SMF and LAX. No mainline AA (which prevents reserving the jumpseat), but plenty of options between AA, Delta, United, and Southwest, with majority of flights being Southwest.

Only negative is half the AA flights are express and you can’t reserve the Jumpseat. Otherwise should be super easy

Try to get the 320 at indoc. Typically only covers LAX itself with some exceptions. The 737 has a much bigger presence in the various co-terminals... tougher on a commuter.
