Default Other employee groups' offered LOAs

Pilots, FAs, dispatchers, Fleet Service, FCTIs (sim instructors), sim engineers, airport customer service, and maintenance all have options on the table for LOAs...

Only group without is reservations agents, due to increase in their workload. Oh, and one more.... Management. Guess we still won't get rightsizing right.

Has management announced any cuts to themselves? Or do they continue to cruise control through this?

Outsider here. I know DAL, UAL, and LUV CEO’s have all announced management cuts. Has AAL not done the same?

I believe Parker mentioned he was taking a 50% cut a week or so ago.

He’s paid in stock, so the market has gone ahead and taken care of that for him.

Pretty much standard when there is a threat of losing Management jobs.

It includes a massive die off of office potted plants. Standby for a blizzard of asinine procedure revisions and policy changes.
