While the compan is working through the issues presented by not doing indoc right away, I think they are doing a good job, all things considered.

There was talk of the class being included in the Displacement Bid, but they ended up not doing that. I think it was because some would have been awarded a preference bid and then been immediately displaced which could have come with paid moves, reinstatement rights, etc.
While the compan is working through the issues presented by not doing indoc right away, I think they are doing a good job, all things considered.

I agree. It’s tough because this class shouldn’t get short changed and brining that many people out right now seems unlikely.

I think the people flying line have a greater chance coming in to the training center with Rona than those sitting around at home waiting for a class to start.

Agreed, but with large group restrictions in place, they just couldn’t risk it.
