Your right thanks for the adjustment. I am just jealous as he has the job. I am guessing he washed from PSA based on the fact that he trolls the forums as well. SAD.

Hertz files for bankruptcy. A vision of AA future. If you believe AA will have a different outcome the Kool Aid machine is now in the crew room.
You have several big guns aimed at you that you will not be able to avoid. Forces you do not even realize will deal you the death blow.
1) ALPA: will work against you and solidify DL UAL if you are gone.
2) The US Government will want to consolidate aircraft purchases to Boeing. AA has too much exposure to AirBus. Don't believe the CARES Act will save you. That $ was just to keep the employees off unemployment until October 1
3) The banks will pull the rug out because you have no leverage or financial strength like SWA
SWA, DL and even UAL will be the survivors.
The only reason you have not seen furlough notices and downgrades like DL and UAL is that your company isn't going to wast it's time and money when they already know the doors are closing. Have to save that money for the bankruptcy lawyers.
TSA numbers are still way too low to pay for all those new aircraft sitting on the ground. And when you look at those TSA numbers for each day know that about 90k of the daily count are actually airline employees going and coming through security each day.
To not prepare for the worst and hope for the best is time and opportunity wasted.
Good Luck

At least after I’m done sitting at a computer and pounding something, I have a little something to show for it.
