The Delta thread blew up with the rumor they are downsizing, RA comes to AAL, and effects the merger between AAL and DAL. I would assume they are already looking at seniority integration to make sure everyone is happy when it’s done.

Never gonna happen. DOJ would shut it down. Plus SWA and UAL would scream from the hills. The government loves them some LUV too. Remember how much AAL had to give up just to get Airways/AA merger done. They’d have to sell the farm, both sides, to get approval, making the deal not worth it. Seriously this is a moronic rumor. Anderson is not coming to AAL, Delta and AA will never merge, and Parker isn’t going away anytime soon. This stuff, being the underdog, is his wheelhouse. He may fail, but I’d rather have him then a ‘I am a great leader when times are good’ person.
Prime Example; you all know why Delta Pilots profit sharing is so good? Because Anderson and his team signed onto the deal coming out of bankruptcy. They never believed Delta would make multi- billions a year, and thus they signed off a PS agreement they probably laughed at when it was presented. They lost big time and had no way to hide the profits Delta made. No company in their right mind would sign off on that deal if they were making that kind of money already. And ask any NW pilot how awesome Anderson was when times were bad. He’s not a golden god leader, just happened to be at the right place at the right time to make him look good. An intern could have been praised with how good the company, not the leader, was doing.
