Dude.. “scheduling at a regional”... come on now!

Yeah why wouldn’t there be scheduling. Just relaying the messenger. Next month is suppose to be big across the regionals. Republic was just told to have every plane ready to roll for next month on the American side. That came from a. Republic captain.

Must have edited my post as you were replying. All I’m saying is... nothing is official until AA says it’s official. Scheduling and especially a Republic Airlines CA is not a reliable source. Let talk when there’s a CCI message.

There's no better source than a AA check airman!

It is true that July flying will be up 74% compared to June. I don't know how many airplanes they need to pull out of storage to fly the new schedule, but it has to at least be a few. Here's the link they offer on AApilots:

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic...demand-rebound

Additionally Vasu said somewhere it's easier to cancel flights in the short term than add them back. So if demand doesn't materialize more cancellations are always an option.

Confirmed, Aries driver who also cleans toilets at the atrium was my source. He said we are also still looking at the 350

Although I was fixin' to go to Athens at the end of July because Greece has been very pro-tourism, but AA already pushed the ORD-ATH flight back to August 5th. Guess I'll have to wait.

First world problems are still problems.
