Trying not to be political here, but in contradiction to POTUS, we need to test everyone flying. Thats crew and passengers. I know its not 100% reliable, but it would be a stop gap measure until a vaccine is found. At a minimum it would flag assymptomatic carriers from unknowingly passing it on. Ive seen tests being developed that are fast and not too expensive. Im hoping airline management is looking into this but who knows...

I know nobody who has, neither does anyone in my extended family, nor my wife's side. I asked my hygienist today if she knew anyone who had been infected, nope?? Guess were fortunate.

Thats a good thing. Responsible people are trying to keep you and your hygienist from learning of anyone that has it.

Not sure of any carrier anywhere that is actually doing testing on site. That would require extraordinary leadership.

we’re being told masks and social distancing prevent the spread, so we either have nothing to worry about or we’ve been lied to.

funny, the same state that said it was unjust to single out its citizens when they traveled is doing the same thing.

You mean all of the hospice patients in NYC? I feel terrible for their loss, but doubtful the virus played much of a part.

So if a hospice patient or nursing home patient with a pre existing was shot and died, it would be safe to say the bullet killed them, not their pre existing condition

Lots of people with pre existing conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure) can live for years. Unfortunately for 120,000 of those folks, Covid was the bullet.
