You starting an AA cheerleading squad?

This is just a re-evaluation of our actual customer base. 95% of our passengers are boarding in group 9...might as well throw them a bone/figure out a way to sell them some extras.

American did that when they stopped blocking the middle seat. I have not hear much push back, so it must be working .

Did not aa a few years back state that they wanted to attract all of spirit passengers, who just happened to be all group 9.
