You have a pretty clear idea of what brand of flying you do most. Would be really easy to determine which airline you get priority on, or you could choose depending on your commute.
You talk about industry standard, but you guys got into another p!ssingmatch with UAL where you guys weaponized the jumpseat. And here you are doing it again. Just because your temper tantrum worked with them doesn’t mean it will work with us.
I feel like a broken record, but getting priority on all of our flights while we get priority on about half of yours is not reciprocal. Factor in that many of our planes have multiple jumpseats and it becomes even more skewed.
At the end of the day, it’s the weaponization of the jumpseat that is where you guys took a very wrong turn. It’s also what seals your legacy.

I think the truth of the matter is that you are angry that a Regional dares to stand up for what is right, which you didn't have the guts to do yourself while you were there. The problem lies within you, not Republic.

I'm new to this thread and have only read a few posts. If I'm understanding this correctly, Republic will give Delta, United, and American priority on SOME of their flights - only involving their own metal? But... they want priority on ALL Delta, ALL United, and ALL American flights (mainline)? And they think it is unfair if they don't get priority on ALL flights? Is that about right or do I have it wrong?

The last time YX management agreed to change the JS priority table in the FOM for our AE flights APA and AA management agreed to a band aid fix which prevented the FOM change from being implemented. Covid happened. AA IT finally had the time and resources to implement AAC FDJ and this time APA refused to even engage. As a result it is APA who has chosen the change which negatively impacts the AAG pilots. Keep in mind YX pilots are not affected by this. We are already OAL JS as far as AA is concerned

By the way when's the last time an AAG pilot rode a FA JS to get a JS in the FDJ? Because we do that happily to get pilots onboard.

How’d you guys go about getting that agreement with UAL

You misunderstand the history of the agreement. SkyWest and Republic both disagreed with the proposed priority by UALPA which placed UA pilots ahead of every pilot unless it was own metal. Would you agree to a change where AA pilots go ahead of Envoy and PSA pilots on a PDT flight?

finally we agree on something, but I hate to say it, but YOU ARE MISINFORMED, haha...Republic guys have been saying that non-stop so I had to poke fun....we are not allowed to occupy our FA JS, reason, our FA's union refuses to sign off on it...Something to the effect of they can't sit in our cockpit JS so we don't get to sit in theirs bs....
